SHIPPINGOnce you have entered your personal and payment details and placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch are included in the contract formed.
BartHess may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, one of the following:
The product you ordered is out of stock, or is withdrawn due to its failure to meet our quality standards or due to the shipping restrictions applicable to one or all of the ordered items.
We identify a pricing or product description error.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted by our Customer Service team.
You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. BartHess's teams will make every effort to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.
BartHess insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order byBartHess. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
A shipping fee is charged according to different destination.BartHess reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice. Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.

If for any reasons you are not 100% happy with your products that you purchased from the shop, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund, providing that the goods are in their original, unused condition with all materials included as well as the receipt of purchase confirmation from BartHess.
As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items.
Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged from the original order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact our Customer Service Department for an Return Authorisation Number as you will be required to write this number on the shipping box when mailing it back to BartHess.
The product must be in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Make sure you pack the item securely and with enough protection. We do not accept liability for returned packages which are damaged during transit.
When you return the goods to us, we recommend that you use a tracked service for the delivery, as we are unable to refund goods that are lost in the post.
We will proceed with the refund or exchange after the returned goods is received by our Returns Department.
